He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Fields and Elizabeth Fields. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Jenny" Fields; his siblings, Mary Helton, Betty Carmack, Ethel Jetter, Elsie Stapleton, Homer Fields, Rob Fields, Grady Fields, Jack Fields and Kenneth Fields; his son Tim Fields (Denise); his grandchildren, Nichole Fields, Cody Fields and Caleb Fields (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Williams (Trenton), Caylee Hurley, Ty Willis (Alexus Wallen), Landon Yount, Indiee Fields and Grayson Harrell; his brothers, Raymond Fields (Judy) and Archie Fields (Rita); and his close friends, Scott Barrett, Bud Greer and Randall Helton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
