We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2022, at the age of 85, Fran Thomas (Rogersville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Frank Boatman; and her parents, Iva Smith and Howard Smith. She is survived by: her husband Rick Thomas; her daughters, Ellen Brumett (Gene) and Neva Self; her grandchildren, Olivia Boatman, Matt Brumett and Jess Mullins (Colby); and her great grandchildren, Addi, Isaiah and Lucy.
