He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dugger and Margaret Dugger; his siblings, Sandra Dugger, Charles Dugger and Sonny Dugger; the mother of his children Susan Voda; and his former wife Phyllis Dugger.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Trent Sullivan Dugger; his children, Suzanne Cozad (Gary Matthews), Catina Dugger, Gary S. Dugger and Josh Dugger (Angela); his grandchildren, William Miller, Lauren Miller, Tyler Dugger, Alyson Dugger, Makayla Owens, Brooklyn Owens, Brittany Conway and Allison Dugger; and his sisters, Mary Bolick, Martha Causby, Brenda Morton and Patricia Rogosky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great friends.
