We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2025, at the age of 87, Jackie Wayne Davis of Rogersville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, W. N. "Bill" Davis and Eva Davis; his sons, Dwayne Davis and Ronald Gentry; his brothers, Joe Davis and Fred Davis; his sister-in-law Wanda Davis; and his nephews, Phillip and Carl Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Petty Davis; his daughter-in-law Sherry Gentry; his grandchildren, Dustin Gentry (Tiffany) and Maranda Gentry (Zack Campbell); his great grandchild Maddie Ann Gentry; his sister Betty Thurman (Bill, family: Debbie Douglas, Jackie Webb); and his sister-in-law Linda Morie. He is also survived by family, Debbie (Eddie) Douglas and family.
In lieu of flowers, Jack requested donations to be made to Shiners Children's Hospital in Lexington, KY and The First Baptist Church Scholarship Fund. Keep Jackie's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
