He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Mattie Lou Laster; and his son Henry Lynn Laster. He is survived by: his siblings, Luician Laster, Mary Burchfield, Jean Burchfield and Margaret Mayes; his wife Judy Laster; his children, John Douglas Laster (Michelle Brown), Scottie Ray Laster (Tina) and Keeley Laster; his grandchildren, Christopher Laster, Phillip Laster, Marcus Laster (Nicole Paragon), Bridgett Williams (Kip), Celestial Laster, Cierra Laster, Ricky Reed, Timmy Reed and Kaliyah Shanks (Jaxtyn Johnson); his siblings, Joan Cope, Ann Davenport (GW), Elizabeth Laster and David Laster (Darlene); and his nephews, Larry Laster, James Burchfield and Johnny Laster. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; special granddaughter.
