She was predeceased by: her parents, Ola Bowers and Margaret Colbaugh Bowers; and her brother Ralph C. Bowers. She is survived by: her son Todd; her daughter-in-law Michelle Williams; her grandchildren, Orianna Williams and Lucas Williams; her brother Larry; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Bowers and Sandy Bowers. She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM and on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM. A burial was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 4:15 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601-7107).
In lieu of flowers, Ms. Williams would greatly prefer donations to The American Macular Degeneration Foundation (AMDF).
