She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezekiel Bailey and Ollie Bailey; her nephew Chris Bailey; and her husband Robert. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Welch (Amy) of Talbot, TN and Derek Welch of Rogersville, TN; her grandson Ronan Welch; her siblings, Margaret McHan (Gene) and Ray Bailey (Lynette); and her sister-in-law Sara Bounds.
