She was predeceased by: her husband Jennings Overbay; her daughter Jornia Shoemkaer; her mother Velmo Phipps; and her grandchildren, Tabitha Arnold and Travis Arnold.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Minni (Charles) and Shannon Arnold (Debra); her grandchildren, Christy Shoemaker (Darrell), Tonda Lynn Reaves (Mark), Chad Debien (Kirsten), Shawn Arnold (Kelsie) and Lacey Sims (Brad); and her great great grandchild Lyndan Debien. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684).
