She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Dean and Violet Elizabeth Wilson; her husband Carson Light; her daughter Lisa Casteel; her siblings, Lousie Ferguson, Barbara Dean, Rosa Cox, Steve Dean and Billy Dean; and her friend Janet Greer.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Light (Sunshine), Eddie Casteel (Melissa), Annette Jones (Robbie) and Debbie Bellamy (Marty); her grandchildren, Kevin Jones, Kristen Light (Jordan), Gracie Light (Erik), Michelle Greer, Nathan Noel, Amanda Lane (Derek), Eli Casteel (Haley) and Ethan Casteel; her great grandchildren, Carson, Ella Jo, Briana, Harley, Cody, Hunter, Nevaeh, Santana, Brooklyn, Alex, Emily, Autumn, Caney and Timber; and her siblings, Linda Hodges, Judy Ball, Betty Brickey, Jeff Dean (Amanda) and Jerry Dean (Gladys). She is also survived by great – great – grandchildren; several cousins, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Mount Carmel Freewill Baptist Church (3711 Beech Creek Rd, Rogersville, TN 37857).
