He is survived by: his father Rex Mallory (Kay); and his siblings, Elizabeth Trivette (Glen), Jeff Mallory (Lisa), Philip Mallory (Beverly), Willie Mallory and Stevie Mallory.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the father to assist with funeral expenses.
