She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny D. Williams; her children, Johnny Williams, Jr. and Patricia Ann Hoard; her parents, Rex Starnes and Della Mae Starnes; her siblings, Margaret Goodson, Mildred Hunley, Thelma Williams, Forrest Starnes and R. L. Starnes; her great grandchildren, Hunter Crumb and Abbie Jennings; and her close friend Herman Burton.
She is survived by: her children, Betty West and James Williams (Anna); her stepdaughter Jackie Nunley (William) of Rogersville; her brother Kenneth Starnes (Judy); and her sister-in-law Rose Starnes. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 28 great-great grandchildren.
