She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Greear; her parents, Charlie DeFreece and Mary Ruth DeFreece; her brother Charlie DeFreece, Jr.; and her aunts and uncles, Ruby, Joe Moneyhun, Yorkie and Maggie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda Doran of Elizabethton, Carolyn Layne of Hickory, NC and Gary DeFreece of Kingsport; her niece Angie Williams of Hickory, NC; and her stepchildren, Glenda Woods (Jack), Rebecca Million and Darrell Greear (Rhonda) of Church Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
