He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Evans and Pauline Evans; his grandparents, Albert, Birdie Everhart, SJ and Alice Evans; and his siblings, Lonzo Evans, Albert Cecil and Georgie Ruth.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Evans of Bulls Gap; his daughter Tiffany Gragg (Isaac) of Midway; his stepdaughters, Ashley Steele-Gosnell (Adam) of Bulls Gap and Taylor Prater (Ray) of Greeneville; his grandchildren, Bryson, Kayleigh, Bryleigh Steele, Ryan and Emma Prater; his sisters, Patti Reade (John) of Greeneville and Genny Evans of Greeneville; and his caregivers, Shelly and Kathy.
A graveside service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Philippi Cemetery.
