He is survived by : his wife Renee Bellamy; his children, Cora Lowery and Michael Bellamy; his stepson Brandon Carter (Laura); his grandchildren, Rhiannon, Bella, Alexis, Braedon, MacKenzie and Alex; his father Don Bellamy; his siblings, Greg Bellamy (Beverly), Raymond Bellamy (Ann), Kevin Bellamy (Rhonda), Theresa Bellamy and Leah Froelich (Cory); and his caregiver Callie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
