He is survived by: his parents, Cecil White and Linda White of Rogersville; his sons, Dustin Frazier of Kingsport, Devan of Kingsport and Dylan White of Kingsport; his grandson Kalon Frazier; his brother Tim White (Jennifer) of Gray; and his sibling's children, Jacob, Kenzie, Caleb, Callie, Jason and Haley.
