He was predeceased by: his daughter Victoria Grace Billings; his father Virgil Fay Billings, Sr.; his mother-in-law Sherry Baggett; and his grandparents, Melvin, Grace Billings, Judson and Iona Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Shellie Baggett Billings; his children, Taylor Elizabeth Billings and Caleb Tyler Billings of Morristown, TN; his mother Donna Sanders Billings of Ridge Spring, SC; his brothers, Virgil Billings, Jr. (Terri) of Winter Spring, FL and Lee Billings (Diana) of Clarksville, TN; and his sisters-in-law, Misty Gould (Thomas) and Michelle Conwell (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
