She was predeceased by : her husband Lester F. Rainbolt; her brothers, Jerry Cook, Guy Cook Jr. and Ed Cook; her great grandchild Violet Rose Brumbelow; and her sister Mary Lou.

She is survived by : her children, Norman Rainbolt and Debra Rainbolt Shipley; her granddaughters, Debra Corbin and Sarah Brumbelow; and her great grandchildren, Lee Ryan, Aiden LaSean Paris, Olivia Benson, Avangalee Smutek and Abriella Brumbelow. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
