He was predeceased by: his wife Rev. Janie K. Fox; his parents, Stella Pearl Fox Carpenter and Inman Fox; his sister Frankie M. Lawson; and his sibling's children, Donna Marshall and Danny Marshall (Mary).
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Terry Cope (Dan), Audrey Johnson (Donny) and Bob Marshall (Mary).
