He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Bell Manning Fain and Charlie Manning; his siblings, Guy Manning (Gracie), Joe Manning (Pricilla) and Blanch (Ailene Manning); his stepfather Cal Fain; his daughter-in-law Clarissa Manning; and his grandson Christopher Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Manning; and his children, Terry, Jeff, Lee Manning (Tonya), Angie Mullins (Willard), Kim Manning and Ashley Spence (Chadsten). He is also survived by several Grandchildren & great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Stubblefield Funeral Home (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860).
