He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Ruth Lee Talley; his parents, Lloyd Talley and Sarah Talley; his siblings, Dennis K. Talley and Mae Duncan; and his sisters-in-law, Anita Carpenter and Wanda Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis W. Talley (Dana) and Lee-Ann Kiser (Tom); his grandchildren, Lindsey Talley and Brandon Talley (Alena); his great grandchildren, Easton and River Talley; and his friend Jeremy Tullock. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Diabetes Association or Ronald McDonald House Charities of Knoxville.
