He is survived by: his wife Deborah Smith; his daughters, Michelle Drake and Kristy Gutarra; his granddaughter Aaralyn Drake; his brother Daniel A. Smith (Deena L. Smith); his nephews, Nathaniel A. Smith, Keith Smith and Duane Smith; and his niece Selena A. Salisbury.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stubblefield Funeral Home (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain Home Veterans Cemetery.
