Phyllis Wright Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Wright of Russellville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Howington and Edna Howington of Russellville, TN; her stepmother Chassie Howington of Russellville, TN; her parents-in-law, Ralph and Mary Wright of Morristown, TN; and her siblings-in-law, Ron Wright (Dottie) of Morristown, TN and Betty Hurst (Ed).

She is survived by: her husband Robert Wright of Russellville, TN; her children, John Wright (Brenda) of Morristown, TN and Karen Howard (Ron) of Jefferson City, TN; her siblings, Wayne Howington (Lena) of Kodak, TN and Sheila Shrader (Larry) of Whitesburg, TN; her sister-in-law Frances Susong (Frankie) of Morristown, TN; and her grandchildren, Logan, Jaxson, Peyton, Alexis, Estin, Emme, Pazzlee, Sarah and Bobby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would request any donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association to help end this disease.
