He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Houck and Judy Britt Harlow. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Sue Ragar Houck; his sister Donna Brownfield (Tony); his pet Ellie; his sister Jerretta "Wonk" Certain (Terry); his aunts, Jean Britt and Mary Britt; his son Wayne (Sue Ragar); and his sister-in-law Luann Jones (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; a mother and father in law.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home (820 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (519 Greenland Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
