He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Smith, Heather Lamb and Anndrea Chrisman (Chad); his siblings, Alan Lamb (Wanda) and Connie Lamb; his grandchildren, Logan Smith, Zakiyah Lamb, Mason Smith, Owen Chrisman and Audrey Chrisman; his godson Kenneth Minks; and his niece Ashley Haile.
