He was predeceased by : his parents, Sol Kit Hill and Pearl Flemmings Hill; his wife Bobbie Jean Hill; his daughter Debbie Jean Hill; and his siblings, Thomas Hill, John Hill, James Hill, Grady Hill, Elizabeth Wells, Maggie Burns, Ruby Lorance, Viginia Gannon, Lucille Pitts and Polly Boyd.
He is survived by : his children, Edward "Ricky" Clyde Hill, Jr. and Cindy Harrell; and his grandchildren, Jason Hill (Holly), Josh Hill (Amanda), Eddie Harrell, Roger Baskin and Brian Baskin. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
