With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of May Bell Hillis of Rutherford, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 1, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sydney Crick and Isabelle Crick; and her siblings, Esque Crick, Billy Crick and Thelma Crosswhite.
She is survived by: her husband Grover Cleveland Hillis; her children, Deborah Basham (Dwaine), Donnie Boggess (Amy), Ronald Boggess (Chalatsy), Kelly Boggess (Belinda), Ricky Hillis (Branda) and Allen Hillis (Julie); and her siblings, Willie Crick and Betty Beland. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
