He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Faulk and Mildred L. McCory Faulk; and his brothers, Robert (Bob), Avery, Randy, Wayne and Keith Faulk.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Smith Faulk; his daughters, Regina Bennett (Melvin) and Christy Faulk; his stepdaughters, Tralonnie Swindell (Randy) and Teresa Dial (Bobby); his brothers, Jerry Faulk of Murfreesboro and Frank Faulk of Shelbyville; and his grandchildren, Nina West (Justin), Mackenzie Mason (Ben) and Casey Todd (Grey).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home (820 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
