She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy W. Dawson and Annie Dee Saffold Dawson; and her brother Elliott Dawson. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Dale Richards; her sons, Michael James Richards and Jason Scott Richards; her siblings, Scott Dawson and Patricia Dawson Doyle; her sister-in-law Tammy Higgins (Jeff); and her granddaughter Cadence Holley Richards.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home (820 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
