He was predeceased by: his parents, James K. Warren and Dorothy Harrell Warren; his siblings, Barbara Rediker, Don Warren and Jimmy Warren; and his son Blake Warren.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Hays Warren; his daughters, Gina Barrett and Allison Ingram (Robert); his sister Patsy Carver; and his grandchildren, Bailey Betzler (Ben), Connor Davis, Ryker Ingram, Dayton Barrett and Leyden Ingram. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
