He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Neese Potts (James) and Buck Climer (Ola); his siblings, Billy Climer and Betty McCullough; his children, James "Jamie" Climer and Jacque Climer; and his grandson Little James Climer.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Climer; his sons, Logan Climer (Amber), Bruce Vaughn (Teresa) and Brian Vaughn (Detorie); and his grandchildren, Seth Goff (Charlotte), Jamison Shipley and Abbi Shipley. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home (820 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
