She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollis Eades and Susie K. Leyhew Eades; her husband Jerry P. Donham; and her siblings, William B. Eades, Bettye Sanders, Emma Duke and Olene Lankford.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Vicki Dietz, Keith Duke, Cindy Langford, Wesley Langford, Bill Eades and Brian Eades; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jonathan Duke, Nicole Duke and Caralie McCade.
