He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Whitworth and Lucille Whitworth. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Whitworth of Rutherford, Tennessee; and his sons, Glenn Whitworth of Rutherford, Timothy Whitworth (Teresa) of Greenfield and Keith Whitworth of Rutherford, Tennessee. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
