He was predeceased by: his father Walter Copley. He is survived by: his mother Vicie Copley of Dunlow, WV; his wife Joann Copley (Young); his children, Joey Copley of Columbus Ohio, Charles Walter Copley (Sarah) of Pikeville, KY, Dewey Jordan Copley of Cincinnati, Ohio and Stacey Masters of Taylor Michigan; his stepdaughter Melissa Hurley; his grandchildren, Austin Tyler Copley and Allyson (Addyson); his stepgrandchildren, Jasmine Hurley, Kayla Hurley, Madison Young and Kylie Young; his brothers, Claude Copley (Ozalene) of Dunlow, WV and Ronnie Copley of Kermit, WV.; and his close friend Junebug Vance (Sadie).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Mudfork Freewill Baptist Church (148 Aldrich Branch Rd, Holden, WV 25625). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mud Fork Freewill Baptist Church (148 Aldrich Branch Rd, Holden, WV 25625).
