It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Candi Self of Rutledge, Tennessee, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Lee Self; her children, Cameron Self and Destiny Self; her parents, Elva Morgan and Doyle Morgan; her siblings, Robert Martin (Sherry) and Joann Goins; and her pet Thor.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stubblefield Funeral Home (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860).
