The memory of Charles Franklin Combs of Rutledge, Tennessee, who passed away on June 11, 2025 at the age of 70, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Combs and Thelma Law Combs. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathie Combs Stewart (Stanley), Robyn Combs, Bobby Combs and Susan Combs Farmer (Elbert); his stepson Garrett Bullington; and his nieces and nephews, Mandi, Nicholas, Kasey, Sara and Aaron.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home (411 W Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery (133 Shiloh Church Rd, Rutledge, TN 37861).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
