He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Combs and Thelma Law Combs. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathie Combs Stewart (Stanley), Robyn Combs, Bobby Combs and Susan Combs Farmer (Elbert); his stepson Garrett Bullington; and his siblings' children, Mandi, Nicholas, Kasey, Sara and Aaron.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
