He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Hayes Woodby; his daughter Heather; his son-in-law Dustin Stratton; his grandchildren, Isabelle Maxwell (Vince), Audrey Stratton and Ivan Stratton; and his siblings, Sue Witenbarger, Otha "Bud" Woodby (Sharon), Cathy Branch (Gary), Gary Woodby (Terry) and Katie Russell (Joe).

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fielden Funeral Home (910 Churchview St, New Market, TN 37820). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Eastview Memorial Gardens (1320 Andrew Johnson Hwy, Strawberry Plains, TN 37871).
