She is survived by: her husband Teddy Cox; her children, Stacy Haines (Matt) of Dayton, OH and Teddy Kevin Cox of Lancaster, KY; her grandchildren, Trenton Duncan of Lexington, KY, Carson Haines of Dayton, OH and Addison Haines; her mother-in-law Irene Cox; her brother-in-law Rick Cox of Loyall, KY; her nephew Rick Cody Cox (Tiffany); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sienna, Serissa and Elly of Elcomb, KY.; Kristin Haines of Springboro, OH.
