She is survived by: her son Lester Blair (Susan); her grandchildren, Betsy Williams (Brandon) and Blake Hodge (Sara); her great grandchildren, Blaine, Brenley Williams, Beckham and Summit Hodge; her siblings, Elmer Owens, Shirley Wolfenbarger, Darlene Rush and Wanda Groover; her close friend Darrel Seal; and her caregivers, Julie Moody, Penny Collins and Gail Morgan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
