She was predeceased by: her mother Marion Noe. She is survived by: her husband Duane Harrell; her sons, Dustin Harrell and Jorden Harrell (Chelsea); her brother Bert Allen Noe (Donna); her nephews, Blake and Braden Noe; and her father Glenn Noe.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the McGinnis-Harrell Cemetery (680 Campground Rd, Thorn Hill, TN 37881).
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to either McGinnis-Harrell Cemetery or Serenity House in Morristown, TN.
