He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Hassell and Hattie Mae Ferrell Hardin; his spouse Charlie Mae Dedrick; his son Tommy Ray Hardin; and his brothers, Hassell Hardin and Billy Hardin.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Tommie Plunkett; his sisters, Blanche Warren and Katherine Ray; his granddaughter Taylor Rae Plunkett White; his nieces and nephews, Tim Hardin, Rick Hardin, Pat Mathis, Kelly Jenkins, Tina Norman and Pam Hardin; and his sister-in-law Betty Hardin.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Savannah (450 Church St, Savannah, TN 38372). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the Clifton Cemetery (405 Walnut St, Clifton, TN 38425).
