He is survived by: his children, Laura Helen Luther, Rebecca Sue Killinger (Dean), Linda Jean Knight, Patricia Trantham, Billy Dan Sipes, Jr. and Joseph Buell Sipes; and his siblings, Larry Sipes, Roger Dale Sipes, Reba Doris Dean and Wanda Kay Easley.
