He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry Miller, Donnie Beckham, Jimmy Couch and Faye Couch. He is survived by: his parents, Carl Edward Couch, Sr. and Brenda Joyce Miller Helton (Ronnie); and his children, Samuel Edward Couch, Paisley Mae Couch and Grace Lynne Couch.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Savannah (450 Church St, Savannah, TN 38372). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at the Memory Gardens of Hardin County (17361 TN-69, Savannah, TN 38372).
