He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest E. Prince and Irene Wood Prince; and his brothers, Joe Prince and James Prince. He is survived by: his wife Janiece Prince of Savannah, Tennessee; his children, Marty Alexander of Savannah, Tennessee and Hollis Prince (Jessica) of Atoka, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Kendra Alexander, Andrew Prince and Whitney Prince; his nephew David Prince; and his great-niece Taylor Prince.
