He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd H. Williams and Eula J. White Williams. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Prater Williams of Savannah, Tennessee; his daughter Brandi Williams Broome (Robert) of Raleigh; his granddaughters, Anna Catherine Broome of New York and Emma Claire Broome of Raleigh; and his brothers, Jimmy Williams (Kay) and Donald Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
