He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Durham and Pearlee Lamar Durham; his son Stacy Durham; and his siblings, Judy Rainey, John L. Durham, Dennis Joe "Puddin" Durham and Dwayne Durham.

He is survived by: his grandson Cade Durham (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Rhett and Ryne.
