She is survived by: her sons, Barry Kent Lackey and Joseph Mark Lackey; her grandchildren, Ryan Lackey, Patrick Lackey (Lechelle), Clif Lackey (Chelsea) and Kristen Axline (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Emma Lackey, Kendrick Lackey, Ava Lackey, Lakelyn Lackey, Loren Axline, Quinn Axline, Ivy Jayne Axline and Sutton Lackey.
