She was predeceased by: her parent Ocie Creasy Powell; her husband Joe Ray; her son-in-law Jimmy Wesson; her brother-in-law Bobby Ray; her great grandchild Chase Tacker; and her niece Amy Jerrolds.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Lee Ray (Jill) of Savannah, Tennessee and Jo Ann Ray Wesson of Savannah, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Sonya Tacker (Brandon) of Savannah, Garrard Wesson of Biddeford, Matthew Wesson (Lauren) of Savannah and Amanda Rollings of Winnie, Texas; her brother Larry Powell (Vicki); and her sister-in-law Betty Lou Ray. She is also survived by two nieces; and one nephew.
