He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Phillips and Katie Franks Phillips; and his siblings, Katrina Littrell and Donald Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Tyler Phillips (Daniell) of Savannah, Tennessee and Trent Phillips of Savannah, Tennessee; his brothers, Terry Phillips (Shelia) of Savannah, Shannon Phillips of Savannah and Greg Phillips of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Tate Phillips, Tyce Phillips and Conrad Phillips; and his close friend Amy Morgan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Savannah (450 Church St, Savannah, TN 38372). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Flat Gap Cemetery (400 Cherry St S, Savannah, TN 38372).
