He is survived by: his wife Nancy Simpson; his children, Michelle Hollister, Shannon Dean and Ryan O'Hern; his sisters, Gail Blankenship and Bonnie Koons; his grandchildren, Noah Whaley, Luke Hollister, Tyson Hollister, Austin Dean, Ashley Dean, Nolan Dean, Cameron Dean, Jordan Dean, Ryder Dean, Faith Dean, Hunter Dean, Kaden O'Hern and Alex O'Hern; and his great grandchildren, Weston Dean and Casen Dean.
