He is survived by: his wife Susan Austin Neill; his children, Logan Stricklin, Nicholas Neill (Tamara) and Lacy Harville; his grandchildren, Caden Stricklin, Jaxton Harville, Ryleigh Neill and William Thrasher; his brothers, Dale Neill and Nhan Neill (Tabitha); and his sister-in-law Patsy Settler (Bahman).
